We do not collect health information through this site and ask that you never include any. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to run the engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Where it goes
Form submissions are processed and stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. HubSpot acts as a service provider processing this data on our behalf.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our forms provider (HubSpot) may set cookies to associate your submission with your inquiry. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for responding to you and maintaining our business records, and delete them on verified request where the law allows.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@earlymorninghealth.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
7. Not for PHI
This website and our service do not handle protected health information. Do not submit patient information, medical records, or any other PHI through this site or to our email addresses.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date below. Material changes will be noted on this page.
